Olga Koloditskaya earned her Juris Doctor degree (JD) from the New York Law School, Class of 2001, in New York City.

She is admitted to the New York, New Jersey and District of Columbia Bars and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.  Ms. Koloditskaya is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Prior to opening her own immigration practice in June 2006, she worked as an immigration associate at the law office of Akst & Akst in New York City and Robin Lubin & Associates in Reston, VA.

Olga Koloditskaya had practiced general litigation for more than three years in New York City.

In addition, she has been the 2001-2002 Post-Graduate Fellow at the Center for New York City Law at New York Law School.

Ms. Koloditskaya is a volunteer caseworker with the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society.

Olga Koloditskaya is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
